Quilty Fun Sew Along: Four Patch

Happy Monday, quilters! Today is another stop on the Quilty Fun Blog Tour & Sew Along, and we will be sewing up the cute four patch blocks with our friends at Clover & Violet! We are having a very Bee in my Bonnet week, as the It's Sew Emma team is heading off to Lori's cottage to take photos for her new book, Great Granny Squared! So today, we are extra excited to be celebrating Lori!

Now, meet the tiny, scrap happy four patch blocks!

Kimberly's four patch blocks were sewn with a fun mix of Lori Holt fabric.
Debbie's four patch blocks were sewn with the Sidewalks collection by October Afternoon for Riley Blake.

Are you a fan of four patch blocks? These little blocks add a sweet, scrappy touch to the quilt. They aren't particularly big, but you can use them in a whole bunch of different projects!

Download the four patch cutting PDF to get started. Once you sew these blocks, head over to the Quilty Fun Blog Tour & Sew Along Flickr Group and post a photo. THREE winners will be randomly drawn from the pool and announced next Monday. One winner will receive a set of our new Alphabitties, and the other two will receive the Happy Colors Small Aurifil Thread Box!

And to announce the giveaway winners from last week's Quarter Square Triangle post. The lucky winners are DeeMaisy1, bits and pieces and ufo's, and kaiolohiakids1!

Next week we are onto the next block in the sampler, the honeycomb blocks with Monica of Happy Zombie! For more information and a full schedule of the tour head here.
